The Treeline Companies announced that the law firm of Morritt, Hock, Hamroff & Horowitz, LLP has extended their long-term lease at Treeline's 400 Garden City Plaza and expanded their offices to nearly 19,000 s/f.

Morritt, Hock, Hamroff & Horowitz, LLP has been a tenant for over a decade at 400 Garden City Plaza, a 180,000 s/f Class A office building located adjacent to the Roosevelt Field Mall and the Meadowbrook Parkway. The law firm has expanded by nearly 3,000 s/f in extending their long-term lease at 400 Garden City Plaza, which features a full service cafeteria, conference facilities and a full service concierge, as well as ample parking. With the completion of this transaction, the property is over 97 percent leased, with just two availabilities of approximately 3,000 s/f each.
