Brokers said the lease recast enabled the firm to reduce occupancy costs and perform interior improvements to their space without disruption. The transaction was arranged by the Long Island CBRE team of Philip Heilpern, Richard Karson and Martin Lomazow, who represented the law firm when they first moved into the building 10 years ago. The Treeline Companies, the owner and manager of the five-story office building, was represented in-house. |
