Ingram & Hebron Reports 4 New Leases
in Downtown Buildings

DOWNTOWN BROOKLYN Ñ Evidence that the Downtown Brooklyn office leasing market is still an active one, Ingram & Hebron Realty Inc. (I&H) reports the completion of four recent leases. Robert F. Hebron IV and Paul Murphy of I&H negotiated the leases, as follows:

¥ 189 Montague St. Hebron represented the landlord, The Treeline Companies, in the five-year lease of 1,465 square feet at 189 Montague St. to Funders Concerned About Aids (http://www.fcaaids.org/about/About_Mission.htm). Patrick Dugan of CB Richard Ellis represented the tenant.

¥ 189 Montague. Hebron represented both the landlord and the tenant in a five-year lease of 346 square feet at 189 Montague to attorney Sean Rooney, Esq.

¥ 16 Court St. Hebron represented tenant Real Property Technologies in a three-year lease at 16 Court St., SL Green Realty Corp.Õs first acquisition in Brooklyn. The space measures 2,176 square feet and rent was in the range of current asking prices at the building.

Chris Havens of CRES represented the landlord. Havens is handling leasing for the building, which is undergoing an $18 million renovation.

¥ 26 Court St. Murphy represented V3 Hotels Management LLC in the leasing of 2,608 square feet of office space at 26 Court St. Joe Schachter of JPS Management Corp. represented the landlord, 26 Court Street Associates LLC.

V3 Hotels Management is best known as the developer of the new luxury, 164-room boutique Hotel Indigo at 237 Duffield St. in Downtown Brooklyn.

ÒThe total lease value exceeds $500,000,Ó said Murphy.
